  What Are Windsor Palms Condos and Homes Like?

Windsor Palms was built between 2000 and 2003 and offers three styles of property. The condos are in mid-rise buildings, with 2 or 3 bedrooms, about 1,022 to 1,402 sq ft, full kitchens, a washer and dryer and private balconies. The 3-bedroom townhomes are two stories and about 1,440 sq ft, with screened back patios. The single-family homes have 4 to 6 bedrooms, about 1,567 to 2,816 sq ft, and private screened pools; some have themed bedrooms or garages converted to game rooms.

On the MLS, many Windsor Palms properties are recorded under the subdivision name “Wyndham Palms.”
