Fountains at Champions Gate owners my use their property up to 6 months per year if they so choose. Owners may also rent their unit out for any length of time when not in use to generate income and/or to cover part or all of the owner fees.

There is on site property management at Fountains at Champions Gate. Owners may use In House, 3rd Party rental management or self manage. Additional fees and/or amenity restrictions may apply if 3rd party or self management is utilized. to handle to reservations and management of their unit at Fountains at Champions Gate.

Fountains at Champions Gate Amenities

Not only do you have access to the Fountains private clubhouse house with pool, hot tub and gym, but guests and owners at the Fountains may use all of the amenities at the neighboring Tuscana Resort.

Tuscana Resort amenities include playground, BBQ grills, movie theater, larger pool with poolside activities including dive in movie nights and day games, fitness center, and ATM machine.

In addition, owners and guests receive resident rates at the neighboring Omni ChampionsGate Golf Club.

The majority of the homes in Fountains at Champions Gate were built 2014-2015 by Unknown Builder. There are 3 to 4 bedrooms, a similar number of bathrooms, and between 1632 to 2060 square feet of living space in each of the houses.

This lovely three-bedroom townhome has two and a half baths and is ideal for families or small groups. There is a walk-in shower with a waterfall shower head in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, while the third has two twin-sized beds. Living room, kitchen, washer/dryer, one-car garage and private patio are all included in the unit's amenities. This unit is 1,905 sq ft and will sleep up to 8 guests.

You and your large family will have plenty of room to spread out and relax in this four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom townhouse! Townhouse has two master bedrooms, one downstairs and one on the first floor. Walk-in showers with waterfall shower heads are standard in each room. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed, while the fourth has two twin-sized beds. Living room, kitchen, washer/dryer, one-car garage and private patio are all included in the unit's amenities. This unit is 2,252 sq ft and will sleep up to 10 guests.
