Floridays Resort Owner Usage & Property Management

Floridays Resort owners my use their property up to 3 weeks per quarter per year if they so choose. Owners may also rent their unit out for any length of time when not in use to generate income and/or to cover part or all of the owner fees.

There is on site property management at Floridays Resort. Owners may use In House, 3rd Party rental management or self manage. Additional fees and/or amenity restrictions may apply if 3rd party or self management is utilized. to handle to reservations and management of their unit at Floridays Resort.

Floridays Resort Amenities

The whole family will have a blast at the pool. There are two swimming pools at the resort, the larger, resort style pool has a beach entry style pool with a water play area for children, sandy beach area for sunbathing and poolside grill and bar. 

The second pool offers a more quiet setting with gazebo and Jacuzzi for adults to enjoy. A year-round temperature of 83 degrees is maintained in both pools and they are open from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm each day of the week. Stay in shape while you're away!

Floridays modern fitness center features Matrix equipment so that you can stay on track with your workout routines while on vacation. Elliptical machines, treadmills, recumbent bicycles, and weight lifting machines are all available for use. There are always ongoing activities at the resort ranging from dive in movies in the evenings to poolside DJ's on the weekend. Looking to head to the parks? There is a daily shuttle service to Disney, Universal and SeaWorld.

The majority of the homes in Floridays Resort were built in 2006 by Floridays Orlando. There are 2 to 3 bedrooms, a similar number of bathrooms, and between 957 to 1200 square feet of living space in each of the houses.

Floridays three-bedroom suite is one of the most spacious lodging options available for a condo. The three-bedroom suite is nearly four times larger than the average Orlando hotel room, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests in beds and two more on a pull-out sofa bed. If you're planning a day at the theme parks or shopping, you'll have plenty of room for breakfast in your fully equipped kitchen with an island and stool seating next to the table. This suite measures approximately 1,309 square feet.
