The Hub at Westside Resort Owner Usage & Property Management

The Hub at Westside Resort owners my use their property up to 365 days per year if they so choose. Owners may also rent their unit out for any length of time when not in use to generate income and/or to cover part or all of the owner fees.

There is no on site property management at The Hub at Westside Resort. Owners may use 3rd Party rental management or self manage to handle the reservations and management of their unit at The Hub at Westside Resort.

The Hub at Westside clubhouse is designed to be an extension of your home where you can entertain, work and work out.  The clubhouse features a summer kitchen, Wi-Fi Cafe with co-working space, Zen Garden, Fitness Center, Meeting Room with electronic reservation system, and community swimming pool.

There are also Electric Vehicle Charging Stations and Amazon and Instacart lockers available.  Your four legged friends will enjoy the neighborhood dog park!
