Worldquest Resort is a gated resort of Condominiums in the Lake Buena Vista Resort Area of Orlando. Worldquest Resort is a Mediterranean inspired resort just off South International Drive and only 2 miles from Walt Disney World.

This mid size resort features a large pool, hot tub and tiki bar. There is a small fitness center but no onsite restaurant. The resort offers spacious 2 and 3 bedroom units with balcony views of the pool, lake or conservation area.

Worldquest Resort Owner Usage & Property Management

Worldquest Resort owners my use their property up to 6 months per year if they so choose. Owners may also rent their unit out for any length of time when not in use to generate income and/or to cover part or all of the owner fees.

There is on site property management at Worldquest Resort. Owners may use In House, 3rd Party rental management or self manage. Additional fees and/or amenity restrictions may apply if 3rd party or self management is utilized. to handle to reservations and management of their unit at Worldquest Resort.

Worldquest Resort Amenities

The resort clubhouse is where you will find the reception desk, gathering room, gym and sundries shop. The pool area features a pool deck with comfortable loungers, large resort style pool, hot tub and a tiki bar serving drinks and snacks.

The resort is just North of Hwy 192 and you are only 1 mile from the Old Town entertainment complex as well as Fun Spot Action Park and Disney's town of Celebration.

Vacation Homes Available in Worldquest Resort

The majority of the homes in Worldquest Resort were built 2006-2008 by Worldquest Resort Partners LLC. There are 2 to 3 bedrooms, a similar number of bathrooms, and between 1200 to 1450 square feet of living space in each of the houses.

All rooms feature a full size and fully stocked kitchen, separate and large living and dining room space, washer and dryer, two full bathrooms, one with jetted tub and private balcony or patio.

The two bedroom units offer 1 king bed suite and 2 twin beds in the second bedroom while three bedroom unit offers the addition of a queen bed in the third bedroom. Owners must keep all units in the same decorative style as the other units for resort consistency. Owners must go through the resort for furniture and decorative accessories for their unit.
