Encore Resort at Reunion is a guard-gated short-term rental (STR) resort of 4- to 13-bedroom vacation homes – holiday homes, as UK buyers call them – in Kissimmee, about 6 miles from Walt Disney World. Owners can rent their home nightly and use it themselves as often as they like. Encore is a resort within the larger Reunion Resort, with its own clubhouse, pool complex with water slides and rental management company, plus guest access to many Reunion Resort amenities.

Can You Rent an Encore Resort Home on Airbnb or Vrbo?
Yes. Encore Resort at Reunion allows nightly short-term rentals with a 1-night minimum, so owners can list their home on Airbnb, Vrbo or through a management company and rent it whenever they are not using it. A short-term rental, or STR, is simply a home rented to vacationers by the night or week rather than on a long-term lease. Many Orlando-area neighborhoods do not allow it; Encore does.
Most Encore buyers use their home for a family trip or two each year and rent it the rest of the time to cover the carrying costs. Because owner usage is unlimited, you can also keep the home entirely for yourself.
How Much Can Owners Use Their Encore Home?
As much as they like. There is no cap on owner stays at Encore – up to 365 days a year – which is not the case at every resort. Some Orlando condotels limit owners to a few weeks a year; see our list of resorts by maximum owner usage to compare.
Who Manages Rentals at Encore Resort?
Encore has an in-house management company on site, and owners may also hire other approved rental management companies or a 3rd-party manager of their choice. Owners who go outside the approved companies may face some restrictions on guest amenity use, so ask about current policies before choosing a manager.

What Are Encore Resort Homes Like?
Every home at Encore is a single-family house built between 2015 and 2020, ranging from 4 bedrooms to 13. They are designed for large groups: a 4-bedroom home sleeps about 10 guests and the largest 13-bedroom homes sleep about 20. The resort's Elite Homes add a game room, theater room or both, plus larger pools and pool decks.

Is Encore Resort a Good Fit for You?
