Resort residences ranging from 4 to 13 bedrooms are available for families to stay together under one roof. Encore Resort provides the privacy and space of a vacation home with the personalized service and amenities of a five-star hotel. It's the ideal vacation spot!
You can still meet everyone's ideal Florida vacation expectations while having fun together. There are so many fantastic resort activities available on-site that you can spend more time having fun than planning or driving. Encore Resort Owner Usage & Property Management
Encore Resort owners my use their property up to 365 days per year if they so choose. Owners may also rent their unit out for any length of time when not in use to generate income and/or to cover part or all of the owner fees.
There is on site property management at Encore Resort. Owners may use 3rd Party rental management or self manage. to handle to reservations and management of their unit at Encore Resort.
Encore Resort Amenities
Encore Resort at Reunion owners and guests have access to Encore's 10-acre Water Park, the ultimate in wet and wild fun. Three water rides, WaveRacer, Stormchaser and Tsunami, plunge from our 60-foot tower and are sure to thrill thrill seekers. Kids will love the Surfing Safari Kids' Splash Area. There is also a large swimming pool with cabanas for a more relaxing aquatic experience.
Encore Resort also offers a kids club and has regular activities for children and families including build your own sundae, basketball shootouts, slime time, aromatherapy crafts, bingo, tie-dye making and water balloon toss.
Encore Resort's sports facilities include two tennis courts, two basketball courts, three volleyball courts, and a full soccer field. Treadmills, all-in-one machines, free weights, and stationary bikes are all available in the fitness center's extended inventory.

Vacation Homes Available in Encore Resort
The majority of the homes in Encore Resort were built 2015-2022 by Encore Homes. There are 6 to 8 bedrooms, a similar number of bathrooms, and between 2800 to 3600 square feet of living space in each of the houses. Homes range in size from 4 bedrooms that sleep up to 10 guests to 13 bedroom homes that sleep up to 20 guests.
The Elite Homes collection offers the ultimate in luxury and amenities. In addition to a game room, theater room, or both, all of the Elite Homes have larger pools and pool areas.
