  Can You Rent a Bellavida Home on Airbnb or Vrbo?

Yes. Bellavida is zoned for short-term rentals, so homes can be rented to vacationers by the night or week through Airbnb, Vrbo or a rental manager. A short-term rental, or STR, is a home rented to visitors rather than on a long-term lease. Many Kissimmee neighborhoods do not allow it; Bellavida does.

Bellavida's large pool homes, some with 8 to 12 bedrooms, are built for multi-family groups and reunions, which is a strong niche for rental income. Most buyers use their home for a trip or two each year and rent it the rest of the time.

  What Are Bellavida Resort Homes Like?

Bellavida has two kinds of homes. Townhomes have 3 to 4 bedrooms and about 1,300 to 1,900 square feet. Single-family homes run from 4 to 12 bedrooms and up to about 4,760 square feet, and most have a private pool. Homes were built from 2007, with newer, larger homes added in later phases. Typical homes include master suites, a full kitchen and an inside laundry room.
