Yes. West Lucaya Village allows short-term rentals, so owners can rent their townhome by the night or week through Airbnb, Vrbo or a rental manager. West Lucaya Village is a newer townhome resort built between 2016 and 2018. There are two main sizes: a 3-bedroom, 2-bath townhome of about 1,300 sq ft and a 4-bedroom, 3-bath townhome of about 1,694 sq ft. Each comes furnished, with a full kitchen, granite counters in the kitchen and baths, a combined family and dining room and an inside washer and dryer. Owners can decorate the interior however they like, so many have themed kids' rooms.
