Magic Village Views Resort owners my use their property up to 6 months per year if they so choose. Owners may also rent their unit out for any length of time when not in use to generate income and/or to cover part or all of the owner fees.

There is on site property management at Magic Village Views Resort. Owners may use In House, 3rd Party rental management or self manage. Additional fees and/or amenity restrictions may apply if 3rd party or self management is utilized. to handle to reservations and management of their unit at Magic Village Views Resort.

Magic Village Views Resort Amenities

The resort clubhouse features the Villaggio Restaurant, modern fitness center, kids play area, and personalized concierge services desk. Outside around the resort style pool, you will find a hot tub, over-sized chess board, tennis court and sand volleyball court.

There is free WiFi throughout the resort, event space and free parking. Transportation is available upon request at a price.
