  Can You Rent a Watersong Home on Airbnb or Vrbo?

Yes. Watersong is a resort community where short-term rentals are allowed, so owners can rent their home by the night or week through Airbnb, Vrbo or a local rental manager. A short-term rental, or STR, is a home rented to vacationers rather than on a long-term lease. Many Orlando-area neighborhoods do not allow it; Watersong does.

Owners may also rent for longer periods when the home is not in use, which gives some flexibility to cover the HOA fee and other ownership costs.

As much as you like. Watersong has no cap on owner usage, so you can use the home for vacations, a longer winter stay or full time, and rent it out whenever you are not there.   What Are Watersong Homes Like?

Watersong homes are single-family houses, most with 4 to 6 bedrooms and a private screened pool. The original phases were built mainly between 2006 and 2015, and a newer phase added larger homes from 2023. Homes come with full kitchens and open living and dining areas, and many have themed kids' bedrooms. In some homes the garage has been converted into a game room or home theater, which helps with bookings.

Floor plans repeat across the resort, but each home is decorated by its owner, so no two rentals look the same.
