Buyer's Agent Compensation

With either package, we strongly recommend offering a minimum 2.5% buyer's agent compensation so other agents show your home. This is separate from our listing fee, which covers listing services only. If Ziro also brings and represents the buyer (acting as a transaction agent for both sides), the buyer's agent compensation is reduced to 2%.

Nothing Due Upfront

None of our fees are due upfront. You pay only at the successful closing of your property.

No Junk Fees

No admin or hidden fees. The one exception: if a seller ends the listing before a successful closing or the listing's expiration, a media reimbursement fee (photo, video and virtual-tour costs) is due. We don't mark it up – you pay only what the photographer billed us.

Selling With Guests Booked

You can keep renting while your home is listed. Tell us how your bookings and management company work, and we will plan showings, photos and the virtual tour around your calendar. Buyers usually ask for rental history, so having your booking and income records ready helps.
