Champions Gate Omni Villas owners my use their property up to 30 days per year if they so choose. Owners may also rent their unit out for any length of time when not in use to generate income and/or to cover part or all of the owner fees.

There is on site property management at Champions Gate Omni Villas. Owners may use In House, 3rd Party rental management or self manage. Additional fees and/or amenity restrictions may apply if 3rd party or self management is utilized. to handle to reservations and management of their unit at Champions Gate Omni Villas.

There are multiple water activity options including beach entry pool, wave pool, hot tubs, lazy river, water slides and adults only relaxing pool with cabanas. Other onsite sports include tennis and basketball courts.

Parents can relax at the Mokara Spa and fitness center while the kids enjoy the Camp Omni kids club as well as the arcade.

The majority of the homes in Champions Gate Omni Villas were built in 2007 by unknown builder. There are 2 to 3 bedrooms, a similar number of bathrooms, and between 1321 to 1715 square feet of living space in each of the houses.
