Coral Cay Resort owners my use their property up to 365 days per year if they so choose. Owners may also rent their unit out for any length of time when not in use to generate income and/or to cover part or all of the owner fees.

There is noon site property management at Coral Cay Resort. Owners may use 3rd Party rental management to handle to reservations and management of their unit at Coral Cay Resort.

The Coral Cay Waterfront Clubhouse features a gym, bar with billiards table, restaurant and movie theater. The pool area features Jacuzzi, kids splash pool, volleyball and basketball courts.

There are multiple shopping, dining and entertainment options just outside the resort including Medieval Times and Capone's Dinner and Show. Old Town and Fun Spot Action park are just a short drive away.

The majority of the homes in Coral Cay Resort were built 2006-2007 by Coral Cay Resort. There are 3 to 5 bedrooms, a similar number of bathrooms, and between 1400 to 1779 square feet of living space in each of the houses.

All villas come with a full size kitchen as well as a washer and dryer. You also have both dining and family room area downstairs. Most of the back patio areas are screened.

Units come in either 3 or 4 bedroom models. All units are managed by third party management so owners may decorate the unit any way they choose. Many of the bedrooms are themed to appeal to kids.
