  Can You Rent a Tuscana Resort Condo on Airbnb or Vrbo?

Yes. Tuscana is a vacation-rental resort, so owners can rent their condo by the night or week, either through the on-site rental program, a 3rd-party manager, or on their own through Airbnb and Vrbo. A short-term rental, or STR, is a home rented to vacationers rather than on a long-term lease. Many Orlando-area communities do not allow it; Tuscana does.

Most Tuscana buyers use their condo for a family trip or two each year and rent it the rest of the time to help cover ownership costs, including the HOA fee.
