The Flats Orlando Resort Owner Usage & Property Management

The Flats Orlando Resort owners my use their property up to TBD per year if they so choose. Owners may also rent their unit out for any length of time when not in use to generate income and/or to cover part or all of the owner fees.

There is on site property management at The Flats Orlando Resort. Owners may use In House to handle to reservations and management of their unit at The Flats Orlando Resort.

The resorts pool deck features a resort style and curving pool with separate Jacuzzi hot tub. Up top, you will find the Terrace. This rooftop restaurant and bar offers spectacular views as well as a separate sun deck overlooking the pool area below.

The Bath Spa provides a relaxing sanctuary where you can receive a variety of personal care treatments. Kids have their own clubhouse fun room for activities while parents enjoy dining in the restaurant.

The majority of the homes in The Flats Orlando Resort were built 2022-Current by TBD. There are 1 to 3 bedrooms, a similar number of bathrooms, and between 148 to 453 square feet of living space in each of the houses.

The Flats will be a cross between a practical condo and a luxury hotel. You have four choices of layouts from a studio to a 3 bedroom unit.

There are a total of 5 studios which are 440 sq ft and include a full bath and mini kitchen. There are 84, 1 bedroom units at 574 sq ft each that include kitchen with fridge, separate living room, king bed, sofa bed and full bath.

There are 68, 2 bedroom units which are 952 sq feet and come with 2 full baths, one king bed, two full beds, sofa bed, separate living and dining rooms and full kitchen. The three bedroom are all corner units and there are only 3 available. These 1485 sq ft units feature 2 full baths, living and dining room, king bed suite, two full beds and lounge room for bedroom three with a convertible bed and its own small kitchenette.
