Windsor Hills was built between 2004 and 2008 and offers three styles of property. The condos (Ventura at Windsor Hills) have 2 or 3 bedrooms and about 1,081 to 1,450 sq ft. The townhomes have 3 bedrooms and about 1,440 sq ft. The single-family homes have 4 to 6 bedrooms and about 1,824 to 2,812 sq ft, and many have private pools.

Condos and townhomes come with full kitchens, combined family and dining rooms and a washer and dryer. Owners can decorate however they like, so themed bedrooms are common.
