Sycamore Resort is a gated resort of Condominiums in the West Hwy 192 Resort Area of Orlando. The Sycamore Resort is a new Orlando resort currently under construction just 5 min from Walt Disney World.

This luxury resort will feature a rooftop pool, kids club, arcade, fitness center, convention center, restaurant and its own separate pet hotel! Floorplans range from 1 bed/1 bath 684 sq ft to 3 bed/3 bath 1481 sq ft units. All units come with full size kitchens, washer & dryer and living room area.

Sycamore Resort Owner Usage & Property Management

Sycamore Resort owners my use their property up to TBD per year if they so choose. Owners may also rent their unit out for any length of time when not in use to generate income and/or to cover part or all of the owner fees.

There is on site property management at Sycamore Resort. Owners may use In House to handle to reservations and management of their unit at Sycamore Resort.

Sycamore Resort Amenities

The three story clubhouse is the centerpiece of the resort and features a fitness center, kids club, arcade, candy store, Fafe restaurant and convenience store on the first floor. The 2nd floor features an American restaurant and the convention center area. The third floor features a rooftop bar overlooking the pool area. The resort style pool features a waterfall centerpiece, separate kids splash zone and pool bar.

You will also find a playground area, pickleball court and a separate pet hotel with its own check in area, trained workers and dog park.

Vacation Homes Available in Sycamore Resort

The majority of the homes in Sycamore Resort were built 2022-Current by RLH Construction. There are 1 to 3 bedrooms, a similar number of bathrooms, and between 684 to 1481 square feet of living space in each of the houses.

You have your choice between three open floor plan condos. All bedrooms come with their own en-suite. All condos are feature luxury finishes. You have the option to purchase a furniture package for complete turnkey service with the latest decor and style.

The resort is offering a guaranteed 10% leaseback option based on the gross purchase price of the condo (less furniture and furnishings) or you can just put your unit in the standard hotel rental program with the option to make more. Contact us for more details.
