Summerville Resort Owner Usage & Property Management

Summerville Resort owners my use their property up to 365 days per year if they so choose. Owners may also rent their unit out for any length of time when not in use to generate income and/or to cover part or all of the owner fees.

There is noon site property management at Summerville Resort. Owners may use 3rd Party rental management to handle to reservations and management of their unit at Summerville Resort.

Summerville Resort Amenities

The resort clubhouse had a large, stylish gathering room with WiFi, modern fitness center and children's playroom. The resort pool is heated in the winter months and offers a large pavered pool deck with hot tub.

There is also a children's playground and ample parking throughout the resort.

Vacation Homes Available in Summerville Resort

The majority of the homes in Summerville Resort were built 2016-2019 by Lancelot America. There are 3 to 5 bedrooms, a similar number of bathrooms, and between 1678 to 2830 square feet of living space in each of the houses.

Phase one of the resort is sold out but there are resales available.

Phase 2 offers three floor plans ranging from 3 bedroom units that sleeps 8 guests to a 5 bedroom unit that sleeps 12. All of the units featured a pavered terrace and have the option to add a spa and outdoor kitchen.

All properties come with granite counter-tops in the kitchen and bath, stainless steel appliances and modern and elegant finishes.
