Can You Rent a Storey Lake Home on Airbnb or Vrbo?
Yes. The resort sections of Storey Lake are zoned for short-term rentals, so owners can rent by the night or week on Airbnb, Vrbo or through a vacation rental manager. A short-term rental, or STR, is a home rented to vacationers for short stays rather than on a long-term lease. Storey Lake mixes vacation rentals with full-time residents, so confirm that the home you are buying is in a short-term-rental section.
Most buyers use the home for a family trip or two a year and rent it the rest of the time. The water park, location between Disney and the Universal parks, and choice of condo, townhome or house are the main draws for renters.
