Point Orlando Resort Owner Usage & Property Management

Point Orlando Resort owners my use their property up to 3 weeks per quarter per year if they so choose. Owners may also rent their unit out for any length of time when not in use to generate income and/or to cover part or all of the owner fees.

There is on site property management at Point Orlando Resort. Owners may use In House, 3rd Party rental management or self manage. Additional fees and/or amenity restrictions may apply if 3rd party or self management is utilized. to handle to reservations and management of their unit at Point Orlando Resort.

Point Orlando Resort Amenities

After a long day at the parks, guests can kick back and order dinner and drinks while relaxing poolside or even take a dip in the pool or hot tub. The state of the art fitness center features Life Fitness equipment as well as interactive running, and biking programmed equipment.

The Lobby Barista serves breakfast daily as well as Starbucks beverages. The resort also offers multiple meeting/banquet rooms for meeting or party functions.

Vacation Homes Available in Point Orlando Resort

The majority of the homes in Point Orlando Resort were built 2007-2008 by Seymour International Inc. There are 1 to 2 bedrooms, a similar number of bathrooms, and between 671 to 1056 square feet of living space in each of the houses.

Room options range from the 385 sq ft studio suite which will sleep 4 up to the 1,100 sq ft two bedroom suite which will sleep 8 guests.

The Executive Suites offer a kitchenette with small refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine while the one and two bedroom suites include a full kitchen complete with full size refrigerator with ice maker, stove top and oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer & dryer.

The one and two bedroom suites also come with a private balcony and additional room features designed to accommodate longer stays.
