Melia Resort Owner Usage & Property Management

Melia Resort owners my use their property up to 6 months per year if they so choose. Owners may also rent their unit out for any length of time when not in use to generate income and/or to cover part or all of the owner fees.

There is on site property management at Melia Resort. Owners may use In House, 3rd Party rental management or self manage. Additional fees and/or amenity restrictions may apply if 3rd party or self management is utilized. to handle to reservations and management of their unit at Melia Resort.

Melia Resort Amenities

The 360 degree beach entry vanishing edge pool is the centerpiece of the resort and features a hot tub in a center island under tall palm trees. The 360 American Bistro & Bar offers breakfast, lunch and dinner and is also a popular watering hole for both guests and Celebration residents.

Guest may also access the three levels Celebration Fitness Centre and Spa as well as the Celebration Golf Club. Your four legged friends are also welcome at the resort and the resorts dog park offers a place for them to stretch their legs.

Vacation Homes Available in Melia Resort

The majority of the homes in Melia Resort were built 2007-2008 by Mona Lisa at Celebration LLC. There are 1 to 2 bedrooms, a similar number of bathrooms, and between 750 to 1265 square feet of living space in each of the houses.

The resort offers one or two bedroom units. All units come with a balcony off the living room area and some of the two bedroom units offer a larger 2nd balcony.

All units come with a kitchen with refrigerator, cook top, dishwasher and microwave. There is a guest laundry on site and valet and dry cleaning services are available.

The one bedroom units feature one king bed with sofa sleeper while the two bedroom units feature one king bed, two full size beds and a sofa sleeper.
