The Galleria Palms hotel is a 118 unit condotel property in the West Hwy 192 Resort Area of Orlando. The Galleria Palms Hotel is a well kept hotel which offers complimentary guest breakfast, clean rooms and being less than 2 miles from the Walt Disney World Resort, a close respite after a day in the parks.
The hotel offers either a king bed suite with a sleeper sofa or a 2 queen bed suite. There is also a laundry facility on site for guest use and theme park ticket sales at the front desk.
The Galleria Palms Hotel is located off Maingate Lane & Hwy 192 in the West Hwy 192 resort area near Disney World.
The hotel is West of World Drive and East of the 429 Expressway. It is found in the 34787 zip code in Osceola County.
Galleria Palms Hotel owners may use their property up to 2 weeks at a time non consecutively. The unit is then in the hotel rental pool when not in use to generate income and/or to cover part or all of the owner fees.
There is on site property management at Galleria Palms. Owners must use the in house management company if they wish to rent their unit out. 3rd Party rental management or self manage. is not allowed.
While no fees are charged during an owners stay, the regular daily operational expenses of the hotel are still allocated for those days. Units will not incur a revenue share on those days but will incur their share of the operating expenses. Revenue is split among the owners of the 118 unit hotel evenly (after owner stays are deducted if any).
The Galleria Palms offers guests and owners a complimentary deluxe breakfast each morning, free high speed wi-fi, onsite theme park ticket sales, guest laundry services, and outdoor pool.
The hotel is styled much like your standard business travel hotel and offers the must have amenities to ensure a satisfying stay.
The Galleria Palms opened in 1996 as a Hampton Inn. In 2007, the hotel was sold and converted into an individual investor owned property. The property has been and continues to be profitably managed by NextGen Hotels since around 2009.
All of the rooms are the same size and there is only a choice between a unit with 1 king bed & 1 sleeper sofa or a unit with two queen beds. All units come with a dresser, television, small refrigerator and microwave. Owners are responsible for replacement of any damaged items in their unit.
