A 24-hour guard and free parking are provided for residents and guests of this gated resort community. The Clubhouse's Romy's Lounge serves drinks and snacks, or you can dine out at one of the many nearby restaurants with your loved ones.

There are heated swimming pools, a private lake, an on-site bar, a kids' game room, and more. Encantada's two, three, and four-bedroom townhomes with hot tubs in the private patios allow you to relax after a long day of sightseeing and park hoping. Encandata Resort Owner Usage & Property Management

Encandata Resort owners my use their property up to 365 days per year if they so choose. Owners may also rent their unit out for any length of time when not in use to generate income and/or to cover part or all of the owner fees.

There is noon site property management at Encandata Resort. Owners may use In House, 3rd Party rental management or self manage. Additional fees and/or amenity restrictions may apply if 3rd party or self management is utilized. to handle to reservations and management of their unit at Encandata Resort.

Encandata Resort Amenities

You can relax on the poolside loungers and enjoy the sun. Whenever you need a break from the heat, jump into the pool. It's not just tired, aching joints that could benefit from a hot tub soak. In the clubhouse you'll find Romy's, where you can get beer and wine as well as some light snacks. Encantada's reception area is open 24 hours a day, and its friendly staff is ready to assist you. Free WiFi, a playground for the kids, or a jog along the walking trail around the lake with a pier for catch-and-release fishing are just some of the activities available.

Encantada's dedicated staff are all about having a good time. The activities schedule includes outdoor games, arts and crafts, and face painting. During the holidays, Team Marina ensures everyone has a good time. Families of all ages will have a great time playing Karaoke, Bingo, and Corn hole together.

Despite its small size, the gym at Encantada is well-stocked with treadmills, weights, and bikes. At Encantada resort, you can exercise and stay in shape even while on vacation.

Vacation Homes Available in Encandata Resort

The majority of the homes in Encandata Resort were built 2006-2012 by CLC Resorts and Development. There are 2 to 3 bedrooms, a similar number of bathrooms, and between 1300 to 1500 square feet of living space in each of the houses.

Encantada resort's two-bedroom townhome offers one room with a king bed and the other with two twin beds. A sofa bed in the living room can accommodate an additional two guests, bringing the total number of guests to six. A King, a queen and two twins make up the three bedroom unit at Encantada. Fantastic if you have a large family or group of friends as there are two bathrooms in this unit. A sofa bed brings the maximum number of people this unit can sleep to eight.

The four-bedroom townhouse is the best option for an extended family vacation. It has a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, and a queen-sized bed in the secondary bedroom, the third and fourth bedrooms both have twin beds. The sofa bed in the living room allows for a total of 10 guests.
