Solana Resort Owner Usage & Property Management

Solana Resort owners my use their property up to 365 days per year if they so choose. Owners may also rent their unit out for any length of time when not in use to generate income and/or to cover part or all of the owner fees.

There is on site property management at Solana Resort. Owners may use In House, 3rd Party rental management or self manage. Additional fees and/or amenity restrictions may apply if 3rd party or self management is utilized. to handle to reservations and management of their unit at Solana Resort.

Solana Resort Amenities

The palm tree lined pool area is heated year round and also includes a hot tub and Tiki Bar. The 4,000 sq ft clubhouse includes a sundry shop, fitness room and concierge service.

Just outside the clubhouse, you will find a sand volleyball court, 18 hole mini golf course, soccer pitch and tot lot with swings and slides.

Vacation Homes Available in Solana Resort

The majority of the homes in Solana Resort were built 2005-2006 by Park Square Homes. There are 5 to 6 bedrooms, a similar number of bathrooms, and between 2100 to 2800 square feet of living space in each of the houses.

All homes come with a private, screened pool. Homes range in size from 4 bedrooms to 6 bedroom homes. Each home is decorated differently based on the owners style so no rules as to how you decorate your home.

All homes come with a full size and fully equipped kitchen and most units all feature TV's in each of the bedrooms as well as the family room.
