Bahama Bay Resort Owner Usage & Property Management

Bahama Bay Resort owners my use their property up to 6 months per year if they so choose. Owners may also rent their unit out for any length of time when not in use to generate income and/or to cover part or all of the owner fees.

There is on site property management at Bahama Bay Resort. Owners may use Vascasa on site management, 3rd party rental management or self manage. Additional fees and/or amenity restrictions may apply if 3rd party or self management is utilized. to handle to reservations and management of their unit at Bahama Bay Resort.

Four sparkling outdoor pools and hot tubs are available to guests, as well as a fantastic splash pad for children.

In addition to the fishing dock, Lake Davenport has a sandy beach with palm trees, shaded lounge chairs, and plenty of room for sunbathing. There is also a sauna, sports courts, and walking trails for your enjoyment.

Cenote Day Spa is the place to go for a day of relaxation and rejuvenation. You can enjoy a sugar scrub, body contour wrap, therapeutic massage, or an indulgent mani/pedi—all while sipping on a complimentary mimosa or glass of champagne just a few feet from our Bahama Bay Resort rentals.

Indoor and outdoor dining options are available at Tradewinds Restaurant at the Bahama Bay Resort & Spa. On Fridays, there will be live music, and on Thursdays and Saturdays, karaoke will be available. Hot wings or coconut shrimp are a great appetizer to share, followed by a Caribbean Burger and a side of Parmesan fries. Smoothies are served in a fun collectible cup on the drink menu alongside specialty cocktails, beer and wine.
