  Can You Rent a Reunion Resort Home on Airbnb or Vrbo?

Yes. Reunion allows short-term rentals across its homes, townhomes and condos. Owners can use an on-site rental program, list on Airbnb or Vrbo, or hire one of the many 3rd-party managers that work at the resort. A short-term rental, or STR, is a home rented to vacationers by the night or week rather than on a long-term lease. Many Orlando-area communities do not allow it; Reunion does.

Most buyers use their home for a family trip or two each year and rent it the rest of the time. Large estate homes with game rooms and private pools are popular with big family groups and reunions.

  How Much Can Owners Use Their Reunion Home?

  Who Manages Rentals at Reunion?

Reunion has on-site rental management, and owners may also use a 3rd-party manager or self-manage. Additional fees or amenity restrictions may apply if you go outside the on-site program, so ask about current policies before choosing a manager.

  What Homes and Condos Are at Reunion?

Reunion has more choice than almost any resort near Disney, built in phases from 2003 onward:

• Condos (1 to 5 bedrooms) – from 1- and 2-bedroom units in the Reunion Grande tower and Seven Eagles to 3-bedroom condos at Heritage Crossing, Terraces, Villas at Reunion Square and Centre Court Ridge, and larger units at Spectrum near the water park. See our Reunion Resort condos page.
• Townhomes (3 to 5 bedrooms) – two-story townhomes around the resort, including newer Spectrum townhomes.
• Single-family homes (3 to 16 bedrooms) – from 3-bedroom cottage-style homes to custom estate homes in the West Villages, many with private pools, game rooms or home theaters.

Homes at Encore at Reunion, a separate resort of large vacation homes next door, are not included in these ranges and have their own page.
