  Can You Rent a Ritz-Carlton Residences Home on Airbnb or Vrbo?

Contact us for current rental terms. The Ritz-Carlton lists the Residences on its own website as a bookable property, with nightly stays in 3- and 4-bedroom homes, so travelers can rent them by the night. What we have not been able to confirm is whether individual owners may also rent on their own through Airbnb, Vrbo or an outside manager, or whether rentals must go through a set program. Those rules come from the condominium documents, which buyers should review before signing.

The Residences are a small collection of two-story homes on the Grande Lakes golf course, each with a private pool, a two-car garage and golf, water or conservation views. There are two plans:

• Arcadian – 3 bedrooms, with a master suite that opens to a private pool, a great room, a gourmet kitchen, a bonus loft, 12-foot sliding glass doors and an oversized two-car garage.
• Elysian – 4 bedrooms in a semi-detached home, with a private pool and outdoor kitchen, a gas fireplace, a dining room and an upstairs evening deck.
